At Siddha Law, we believe that the practice of law is more than just a profession — it is a calling rooted in purpose and integrity. Founded by three first-generation lawyers — Mr. Ashwin Radhakrishnan, Mr. Chandan B R Reddy & Mr. Gavin Ponnanna K.B. — Siddha Law was born out of a shared vision to provide accessible & principled Justice.
The name "Siddha" finds its origin in Sanskrit, meaning one who is accomplished, perfected, and firmly established in truth. In the context of law, Siddha reflects our ethos: to pursue perfection in our craft, to remain grounded in fairness and justice, and to approach every matter with clarity, discipline, and unwavering dedication. From this humility flows our strength, enabling us to engage with every client's case not as a routine, but as a responsibility.

Ashwin co-founded the firm in August, 2025 and primarily practices in criminal, commercial, and family matters. His legal career combines robust courtroom advocacy with comprehensive experience in both trial and appellate litigation across Karnataka.
Ashwin's practice encompasses criminal law, including white-collar and serious offences, as well as commercial disputes, family law, and civil litigation. He regularly appears before the Karnataka High Court, District Courts, Magistrate Courts and other quasi-judicial fora.
Prior to establishing Siddha Law, Ashwin was associated with One Law Advocates as Of Counsel under the tutelage of Advocates Asim Malik and Aiyappa K.G., where he advised and represented clients in complex criminal matters. He also served as a Legal Associate at Sundaraswamy & Ramdas Advocates under the tutelage of Sri. S.R. Kamalacharan, focusing primarily on civil law, and at Lex Genesis International Attorneys, where he worked on family and criminal law appellate proceedings.

Chandan co-founded the firm in July, 2025 and practices extensively in criminal & civil litigation. His legal approach blends meticulous drafting with strategic advocacy, representing a diverse clientele before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums across Karnataka.
Chandan's practice primarily spans across diverse and complex criminal litigation. He regularly appears before the High Court of Karnataka, Civil and Sessions Courts, Magistrate Courts, Family Courts, and the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Before co-founding Siddha Law, Chandan was associated with One Law Advocates under the mentorship of Advocates Asim Malik and Aiyappa K.G., where he gained extensive experience in handling and arguing criminal & civil cases, drafting pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions, as well as supervising junior associates and managing client relationships. He also worked at Go Digit General Insurance Ltd., providing strategic legal opinions and risk assessments for the company's ongoing and prospective litigation.

Gavin co-founded the firm in July 2025 and practices extensively in civil, real estate & commercial law. His legal approach comprises of a pragmatic and realistic solutions consequently representing a diverse clientele before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums across Karnataka.
Gavin's practice spans across civil law, commercial disputes, and Arbitration. He regularly appears before the High Court of Karnataka, Civil Courts, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal & RERA. His expertise also includes negotiation, mediation, and client strategy formulation in complex dispute matters.
Before co-founding Siddha Law, Gavin was associated with MD & T Partners under the mentorship of Sri. I. S. Devaiah & Sri. Devaraj, where he gained extensive experience in handling and arguing complex civil and arbitral maters. He also worked at the Chamber of Sri. I.M. Devaiah., providing title opinions and conducting due diligence on properties spanning across Karnataka.
Principal Associate
Drupath is a dedicated and articulate legal professional with over three years of experience across civil, criminal, commercial, and family law practice. His meticulous approach to litigation and client advocacy reflects a deep understanding of procedural and substantive law, gained through extensive courtroom exposure.
Drupath's expertise covers a broad spectrum of litigation, including civil suits, criminal defence, commercial disputes, family law matters, and consumer protection cases. He is skilled in legal drafting, research, and arbitration support, often assisting in complex commercial dispute resolutions and mediation exercises.
Prior to Siddha Law, Drupath practiced with Lex Genesis International Attorneys, Bengaluru (Nov 2022 – Apr 2025) under the guidance of Mr. Ramakrishna Srinivasan, where he represented clients before the High Court of Karnataka and various trial courts. He gained substantial experience in case management, drafting pleadings, client advisory, and arbitration-related proceedings.
